In the first three months of 2025, the Republic of Uzbekistan successfully exported 325 tons of garlic for a total of 816.4 thousand dollars. This follows from the data of the State Statistics Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It is noteworthy that the volume of supplies of Uzbek garlic abroad is showing significant growth. Compared to the same period in 2024, exports increased by 72.4 tons, which is an impressive 28.7% in percentage terms. An analysis of the geography of export supplies shows that Russia and Poland became the main consumers of Uzbek garlic in the reporting period.
